Why are you selling the business?

I want to diversify to other product ideas and as a startup studio, we have built a great product but we lack good marketing skills to maximize a lot of value from the product. I believe it will be great for someone with good marketing skills to take over the business.

The product was built using PHP (Laravel 5.4 Framework), Vue.js & MySQL with paddle(paddle.com) integrated as payment provider.

To keep the business going with the current features would require good marketing effort.

How does the business generate revenues?

The business makes money through subscriptions. There are 3 subscription plans starting at $9/month

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?

When we launched last year, we did a JV launch with some partners which resulted in over $55,000 sales in 1 week. We have also run sales on Black Friday & Cyber Monday.

How can the future owner generate more revenues?

1. Continue the subscription service which current has a 7 days Trial
2. Do a re-launch on platform such as JVzoo which can really be massive
3. Some of our previous marketing effort results that some users are on Lifetime plan of the basic features. We have built a set of Add-ons which Lifetime users can purchase before using them. So selling these add-ons just to these existing users is a guarantee of revenue.
